We are back from a fantastic weekend in Houston. Owen and I left last Thursday and spent 4 hot days in Texas with my best friend, Tracee. Tracee's husband was out of the country for a few days on business, so Owen and I went to keep her and her kids company. The kids did lots of swimming and playing, Tracee and I broke up a lot of arguments between Owen and Brooklyn, and I did lots of sweating. 99 degrees with 79% humidity was pretty intense, but I am not complaining because we got to wear flip flops, shorts and tank tops.
